Our plates lean Dominican: Mofongos, served with churrasco or chicharrón, Empanadas, and Patacones next to many of the plates. For the Chicken Chimichurri, ask us what's on the griddle today. Chofan, Churrasco, Pescado Entero and Camarones a la Crema round out the dinner plates.

We cook Dominican food, in the wider Caribbean tradition — mofongo, chofan, chivo guisado and whole fried fish. The Chimichurri, better known as the chimi, is our Dominican sandwich, and the cafetería side pours Juice, batidas and Morir Soñando.
